Arrival

Rooms are available from 2 pm. Read more about getting to the hotel HELI'S B&B Check-in until 8 pm - please inform us if you will be arriving later.

Departure

We kindly ask you to vacate your room and the hotel car park by 10 am on your day of departure. Subject to availability, we offer a late check-out option at a cost of 15.00 euros per person. You can use the showers in the wellness area at a cost of 5 euros per person on your day of departure (subject to availability).



Deposit

A deposit of 40% of the total amount is payable upon booking.

European travel insurance

Unfortunately, unexpected events can sometimes occur, meaning that a trip has to be cancelled. For this reason we offer trip cancellation insurance provided by Europäische Reiseversicherung.





Single room surcharge

Double room for solo traveller: Surcharge in summer of 20.00 euros per person/day.
Double room for solo traveller: Surcharge in winter of 30.00 euros per person/day



Gift idea

Treat a loved one to an activity holiday at the Hotel HELI'S B&B in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Gift idea for just about every occasion. You can obtain gift vouchers from reception.



Dogs

Your beloved pet can stay at the Hotel HELI'S B&B for 12.00 euros per dog/night, excluding food. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining room and wellness area.



Parking

One parking space is available per room (at a distance of approx. 50 - 500m). Check-out by 10 am on day of departure. After this time, the parking space must be vacated for new arrivals.



Prices

Prices are per person and night including VAT and exclusive of city tax. City tax is 1.10 euros in summer and 1.70 euros in winter per person/day over 15 years of age.



Bike hire

You will receive a 10 percent discount off bike hire at the HELI'S B&B bike hotel (Bike’n Soul shop). The shop is located in Saalbach-Hinterglemm town centre.



Smoking

All guest rooms at the hotel are non-smoking rooms. Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.



Cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to three months before arrival.

Cancellations between one and three months of arrival will be charged at 40 percent of the trip price.

Cancellations between one week and one month of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 70 percent of the trip price.
Cancellations within one week of arrival will be charged at 90 percent of the trip price and early departure at 100 percent.



Ski school

You will receive a 5% discount at our hotel-affiliated ski school.



Ski hire

You will receive an exclusive 15% discount at the in-house ski rental.
